Self-Care for Healthcare Professionals

Supporting Healthcare Professionals in Maternity and Rainbow Clinics

Caring for families during pregnancy after loss presents unique emotional challenges for maternity, neonatal, and rainbow clinic professionals. Supporting expectant parents who have previously experienced baby loss requires sensitivity, resilience, and emotional strength.

At Ellie’s Rainbow, we recognise the immense dedication of midwives, obstetricians, neonatal nurses, and bereavement teams who walk alongside families on this delicate journey.

Our self-care MP3 tracks are designed to help healthcare professionals working in maternity and rainbow clinics manage the emotional strain of supporting families through the complexities of pregnancy after loss. These guided relaxation and mindfulness recordings offer a practical way to decompress after difficult moments, reduce stress, and sustain emotional wellbeing.
